Please read the following carefully before registering.

Registration

Cost:

  • Early Bird Rate (15 November 2015 to 14 January 2016): £349 (corporate) / £249 (academic)/ £149 (students and concessions)
  • Normal Rate (from 14 January 2016 onwards): £525 (corporate) / £299 (academic)/ £199 (students and concessions)
  • One Day Advance Registration: £295 (corporate) / £99 (academic) / £79 (student)

3 Day Registration includes:


Concert for Cambodia in aid of the Kampot Traditional Music School for Orphaned and Disabled Children, Cambodia

Early and full registration includes a complimentary ticket (normal price: £15) to the Concert for Cambodia in aid of Kampot Traditional Music School for Orphaned and Disabled Children, Cambodia, along with a donation of £15 to the Kampot Traditional Music School for Orphaned and Disabled Children, Cambodia. If you wish to opt out of the donation, please indicate when asked on the registration form, and collect your refund at the refund desk when you check in on arrival at the Symposium. Please note that you must indicate on the registration form that you wish to opt out of the donation in order to collect a refund – we cannot process refunds after you have registered.

  • Tour of Oxford at 4pm on Wednesday 13 April 2016, led by Dr Pingtjin Thum
  • Informal dinner and celebration of Thai New Year at 7pm on Wednesday 13 April 2016, at Thaikhun

 

Important Notes

1. Students (including those working towards undergraduate, graduate or doctoral degrees), retirees, and OAPs are eligible for the concession price. Post-doctoral researchers are not considered students. Representatives of UK charitable organisations are also eligible for the concession price. Proof of qualifying  status may be requested at registration.

2. Early Registration opens on 15 November 2015 and closes on 14 January 2016.

3. Full registration opens on 14 January 2016.

4. Participants are responsible for all bank and credit card fees. Payment using a credit card will include a 2.95% + £0.30 fee from Paypal, our card processor.  

5. We regret we are unable to offer refunds.
